Reliability when every second matters.
Production support, trading technology, Windows infrastructure, incident response, and automation.
Production systems · Data · Health informatics
I'm Nadien, a Chicago-based Application Support Specialist who brings production discipline, technical investigation, and a human-centered research lens to complex problems.
One method. Two high-impact domains.
Trading infrastructure and health research look different on the surface. Both demand careful analysis, trustworthy data, clear documentation, and decisions that hold up under pressure.
Production support, trading technology, Windows infrastructure, incident response, and automation.
Health informatics, research data, responsible AI, quality frameworks, and accessible technology.
Production experience
Diagnose business-critical issues by connecting Windows events, application logs, SQL data, Grafana telemetry, and system context. Coordinate resolution across traders, developers, networking, security, and infrastructure teams.
Use PowerShell and Python to reduce repetitive work, Terraform for virtual-machine buildouts, and Jenkins for release validation.
Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, clustering, Intune-managed endpoints, packaging, and migration work.
Health informatics + responsible AI
I'm pursuing a part-time PhD in Computer and Information Sciences at DePaul University. My research interests sit at the intersection of health, data quality, responsible AI, and usable systems.
